WebbI find NPC very annoying overall and I'd like a mod that limits the number of NPCs on a community lot. Also I would like to ban some Sims from visiting certain lots, or maybe at certain times. For example I'd like the cemetery to be empty. And parks to be empty at night. As to hotels I'd like NPCs to go to bed past midnight.
